I’m going to give the blog a few more post before i make the decision to pull the plug or not but it’s looking like no one has an interest in what i have to say so i see no reason to waste my time. Today we had 1 person get saved which is awesome. I do wish God would bless us with more salvations. Glad that 1 now has an eternity with God but believe God wants so much more for his church.Yes the new camaro was sitting in the building. Wish we could have used it like we had originally planned.

Last week was an amazing sunday at LIFE Church. We don’t believe God is going to stop moving here. We are going full speed ahead. Yes i know it’s summer. People need to Know God in the summer months too so we will not go halfway then either. This Sunday i’m expecting to see the biggest move of the Lord i have ever seen. Oh yeah and we are going to do something you have probably never seen in Church before. Want to know what it is? 10 am 3006 martha berry hwy. XL Building . Other wise you will have to wait. 
God of the summer June 21, 2009
Before i share what happened today let me share something that i should have shared a month ago. I felt like God told me David i want to move in the summer. If it’s in the summer there is no doubt it’s me. I’m embarassed to say i haven’t shared that with anyone and yeah i’m thinking i shouldn’t post this until fall after what’s about to happen actually happens but there isn’t much faith in that now is there.
For those of you who are passive in the church during the summer months. I got one word for you. PATHETIC. God deserves our best all the time. Yes i said pathetic. God isn’t waiting for you in september he is waiting for you TODAY.
Yes i really believe God is going to dominate Rome (more on that is to come) with the gospel. He wants to dominate yours too.
Now for today. Attendance is suppose to be down in the summer months but God has said no not this time. WOW> I wish there were words to describe what happened but there isn’t. I can’t even explain it if you were to ask me. God is. That pretty much settles it. God came down and worthy you are worthy oh God. He is the God of the summer and i’m stoked about what he is going to accomplish through us.

Been a while since i posted. I’m trying to get back in the swing of things here. It was a great weekend here. Seeing God move in 2 churches and small group this weekend. Looking forward to what God has in store for in the weeks ahead.

Today was a great day and i mean great day at connect rome. Some people learned what a booty box is and others apparently already know. Lips are sealed. But after a conversation over lunch with my wife it brings me to this thought. What is that one thing that keeps you from taking your faith to the next level. You tell me you don’t have anything and i’m gonna call you a lie. Cause if you didnt have something then you would already be at that next level. So what is it? Do you know? Still there? Yep thought so. So what do i do about it David?
Well identify it is the first. So you are getting there already. There’s a scripture in hebrews and no im not gonna give you the verse i think you should go find it yourself. It talks about throwing off everything that hinders you. Get rid of it say good bye. Is it still there? Well maybe you should quit throwing like a girl. Ok yes i k now some or you are girls. My point is ? It is we all have something that is holding us back from reaching our full potential.
I think it’s not that we don’t know what it is. It’s more like maybe we just love it more than God. WHOA did i just say that. Why did i say that? You judgemental idiot. No no no i didnt say you DONT love God cause that would just be wrong. I said something is more important at the time. If it wasnt then it wouldnt hinder us now would it. Me i hate to mingle. I hate it. If you have a meet and greet during your service don’t expect me back yes thats right i ain’t coming back. I’m probably the least social person on the face of the earth. Is this good? No not at all it prevents me from loving on people like i should. But i love being in my own little world more than i love.. And that’s not my only one either i could keep going on probably. I have alot of work to do. I need to throw off things that hold me back from reaching my full potential in Christ. Not leading my family like i should holds me back, not praying more, not being in the word like i should hurts me as well. We only get one chance at this thing called life so let’s get it right. None of us are perfect but it’s time we take it to the next level. So what’s holding you back?
